1. Acceptance

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Amapei Media, trading as amapei, in respect of amapei.com and all its pages. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the version published when you visit is the version that applies.

2. The nature of this site

amapei.com publishes paid promotional content. Articles are written in a magazine style but are advertising material prepared for or with the retailers whose products they feature, and they are labelled as such in the header and footer. Nothing here is independent journalism, an editorial review, a comparison ranking, or medical, psychological, educational, safety, legal or financial advice. Always read the manufacturer's own instructions and safety information before using a product.

3. No sales relationship

We do not sell goods. Outbound links take you to a third-party retailer — for the Electric Gear Shark Toy, topgadgetlife.com — where prices, taxes, delivery, stock, guarantees and returns are set entirely by that seller. We are not an agent of any seller, we cannot amend or cancel your order, and we are not party to your purchase contract.

4. Permitted use

The amapei name, logo, wordmark, page design, layout and original text are our property or licensed to us. Product names, brand names, trade marks, product photography and video remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and promotional purposes only, with permission of the advertiser. Outbound links are provided for convenience and, where commercial, are marked with a nofollow/sponsored attribute. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, pricing or privacy practices.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is" and we exclude, so far as the law permits, all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a purchase contract you enter with a retailer.
